Celebrating 500 Q&A!

In this tiny article I celebrate shortly the fact that I have written soot Service Design Q&A articles.

I just noticed that I now have written over 500 Service Design Q&As: I love big numbers so obviously this is one that makes me smile a lot.

The Q8A library has been a great way to reflect on my own practice and also a great teaching tool. I can send to people a link to a specific topic and there they can find many small tips that they can bring in their own practice all without having to read a long book.

500 is a lot but it really feels this is just the start. maybe on the day I'll reach thousand I'll turn this all in a tiny Service Design Bible book :p.
