How I setup a system to be reminded of the lovely things from the past with my Remarkable?

For years I've had a gratitude database in Notion that reminded me the lovely things that happened the day before, the week before, one month ago, one year ago, etc. It was a pretty nice thing to review each day.
The setup in Remarkable
As I've now put my gratitude journal on the Remarkable I'm also finding ways to bring back such a system.
To do this I've separated my gratitude journal in months. This then allows me to have the gratitude journal of the previous month (or year) open at the same day that today but a month ago (or year ago). By having these notebooks starred they are easily accessible with a two swipe finger from the top even if they are hidden in an archive folder.
How it works in details
The Remarkable tablet doesn't have a bookmark system and turning pages is pretty slow. So going each day back 30 pages is too slow for reviewing what happened a month ago. But the Remarkable stays on the last page you opened in each notebook. So by having a notebook for each month, and having starred the one from the previous month and from one year ago, it's very fast to review what happened on the same day a month or year ago. You just open the notebook, turn the page once, and voila!
