In this tiny article I share my settings to mac the Elgato Wave 3 mic sound better and share an audio demo of how it sounds before and after.

A bit of context
When you use the Elgato mic without much setup it sounds nice, but with just a few tweaks you can make it sound much better.
It took me some time to realize that and here I'm sharing some of my early learnings. Just remember that I'm absolutely not a sound nerd.
How to make your Elgato mic sound better on a Mac
To do that you'll need:
An elgato mic
The Wave Link app installed
To install the the Noise Removal effect
To install the EQ effect
To install a preset of your choice that you can then use in the EQ effect control panel
Audio demos
In this tiny video I show how the mic sounds naturally, and how it sounds once you add the noise removal effect, and some presets within the EQ effect.
