Services are everywhere. I’ve never been to Turkey, but I know that it’s the case in Turkey. The
World Bank’s data shows that since 2008 the percentage of GDP from the service sector is around 60%! So not only are services everywhere around us, but they have a significant impact on the economy.
But when it comes to making services work better for the humans that use them, it often feels like a conversation about GDP. You need a university degree, spend years of academic work, speak English, and maybe you have learned enough.
That’s not anymore the case because of the lovely Banu Clark! Banu is a lover of excellent services, and she designs them too! And she decided to translate my little book with 100 very down to earth tips on making your relationship with your customers accessible in Turkish! So no need for boring academic stuff or to know how to read English. Banu is a great community member who made this content available to a broader audience!
A big thank you to Banu!
I hope you’ll have a great time reading this translation in Turkish and if you do, make sure to drop a note to Banu to let her know!
Greetings from Switzerland,
