Feedback Template for Miro

A structure to give feedback remotely to other designers and innovators.

Don't lose the tiny feedback pieces

Usually there is no time ⏱ to cover all the tiny feedback elements during remote presentation. Only the big obvious parts get shared.

This template helps teams keep track of every tiny valuable pieces of feedback 💡 while others share their work in a remote presentation.

The team that presented can then benefit from a complete written feedback 🔎 which they can explore after the feedback session calmly.

A three questions feedback structure

The feedback structure is inspired by an article from the Invision Team and adapted to include explanations about "why" that reaction happened and further "questions" to explore.

Feedback guide included

The template includes a little guide section that helps participants understand how they should structure their feedback and why that structure matters.

Use the power of asynchronous feedback to make the session shorter

During remote feedback sessions there are key feedback pieces that need to be shared live. But others could just be written down with the signature of the author. If the team that presented has further question it can always go back to the original author, but most of the time, the written feedback is already enough and therefore it makes the meeting shorter.

Adaptable to your culture

As every template I build, everything is editable and you have the right to do so through the Creative Commons licence. So make sure to adapt the template to your own feedback and design culture.
