I've been lucky to invite Juneza Niyazi to talk about prototyping and she shared a case study, 5 suggestions and answered a ton of questions. Here the five suggestions she shared that can help anyone improve their prototyping work:

• Before prototyping a new service, the current service must be made visible to all stakeholders.

• It's important to build a prototype team with one representative from different teams who would be indirectly or directly impacted by the particular service.

• Use Wizard of Oz approach where manual effort is used to stitch the backstage processes to test out a proposal.

• Be clear on the metrics that the prototype is contributing to, and the contribution of the metric to the overall outcome.

• Adapt the way you communicate the results of the prototype in a format that the audience understands.
