The recording, summary and transcript of the webinar about Spirituality and Service Design with my mate Bertrand Cochet are now available to all. I've hosted this event for the Swiss Service Design Network.
Bertrand is innovation director at ZOL, a french digital transformation agency. Beyond business, Bertrand shares his knowledge as a lecturer in schools and universities. Finally, he is working with the French chapter of the Service Design Network to spread the word about Service Design.
