Great you did your ideation workshop. The good news? You have a lot material to work with. The bad news? This is only the start of the innovation process.

Prioritize the ideas

If you haven't done it during the workshop, you'll need to prioritize the ideas in order to know which ones you want to keep, test and develop. Which ones are good for the trash, and which one could be used in the next years.

Prototyping and testing

Usually the ideas that come out of an ideation workshop need to be developed a tiny bit in order to get tested. That's what innovators and designers call prototyping. Once this is done you should test the ideas to see if they are really as good.

What I want you to notice with this is that ideation is just one step of the innovation process and that you should not step here 😉
