The tool used

This AI chatbot is built with the GPT feature of Open AI's ChatGPT. This tool use the Open AI ChatGPT API to generate answers.

The training data

I've told this AI to only use my own Service Design knowledge base with all the articles and content I wrote over the last 10 years. There is not yet everything in it, but there are already 900+ articles that are available.

How could this evolve?

A first version of this AI tool was built with SiteGPT. I later used the Fin AI bot from Intercom. So expect this to continue to evolve.
