Strength vs. Aggression

There are moments in life where you need to defend yourself, your position, or your ideas. That's normal. But often, people confuse strength with aggressivity. They think showing aggression will make others understand their strong opinions or respect their boundaries.

Calm Firmness

I believe it's possible to be strong without being aggressive. You can show with deep calm where the limit is and where the boundary stands. Staying strong means putting the line in the sand firmly but without hostility.
