The next step: adding topics and industries

I didn't imagine that preparing a list of the most cited Service Design papers was something that interested many people. So after hundreds of people showed interest, I've categorised the papers manually by topics and industries in a notion database.

It's nice to see all the case studies that are related to the Public Sector for example, in just a few clicks. Two lovely people are helping me categorise the papers, as about 70% of the 980 still need to be manually categorised.
