Over the years I wrote many books and articles that explain aspects of the fascinating world of Service Design.

I did this, and I’m still doing it, because I want to make my passion accessible to more people around the world. I want to make Service Design easy to understand in a simple language.

But the problem is only half solved. The content exists but people still struggle to find answers to their questions as there is so much content to go through and it’s scattered in many different places.

With this AI I hope that:

• People get a central place to ask their service design questions

• People get answers much quicker

• People get curious to explore more with the associated links and don’t just stick with the given summarized answers
