As workshop leaders we sometimes can have a language that is a bit different that the one of the team we are coaching. Even if we try hard, some technical words might get in the middle of our explanations and make people feel lost.

The Alien Card is for these moments where workshop participants feel you speak an Alien language. It makes it clear through a humorous way that as a workshop leader you must either simply your language or explain the fancy words you are using.
