Storyboarding illustration make a service or product idea much more easily to understand. But not everybody can't draw that well, me included.

I've created for you a way to get custom storyboarding illustration pretty easily with a custom GPT or bot called Storyboard Prototyper that works within ChatGPT.

Why I created this

I've been using AI to create storyboard images for a while. But I always had to write the same sentences again and again to make sure that the AI gives me an illustration in the style I want and not just an photo or an illustration in a random style.

So I've "trained" a custom GPT within ChatGPT and tested it for a few real-life projects and now it's good enough for me to use quickly and for you to enjoy too.

The lovely thing about this is that you don't have to know all the fancy technical stuff from Midjourney (which I honestely never really understood), and don't have to write long description of the style you want (because that's already in the training I've done). You can just say what image you want and it will give you a storyboard illustration.

It's not perfect

As with any of my side projects and any AI project this is not perfect. But it does the job well enough to be helpful for me, and I'm happy if it helps you out too.

You can get the same results for free

To use this bot you need to have a ChatGPT subscription as custom bots, what Open AI calls GPT, are limited to paying users.

But, in the last section I describe how you can get the same results using a short prompt and Microsoft Copilot instead of having to pay for ChatGPT subscription. It's a bit more hit or miss, but at least it's free.
