What do you mean with a "personal onboarding call"?

What do you mean with a "personal onboarding call"?

It seems you are interested in the "The Supporter" package of one of the Service Design Principles series books.

When you buy this package, you'll get a personal call with me, the author of the Service Design Principles. This is a video call up to 30 minutes to get you started with all the content and resources you just bought.

What happens during this call?

During this onboarding call:

  • We get to meet each other

  • I'll give you a few tips about how to make the most of the content you just got

  • We will plan together what your personal illustration will be about

  • I'll get your personal address to send you the custom package I'll send with the limited edition of the book.

  • I'll answer any questions you might have so far

I don't like video calls!

If you prefer to run this onboarding over email, we can obviously do that. Doing it via a video call just felt the most human experience possible.
