You just finished the course on building your own service design principle library! Well done, mate!

Before you leave I'd like to share two last things with you: a call to action and a little thank you note.

Call to action

You've read and discovered much in this course, maybe even too much. But the core idea is really simple: there is a lot of value for you and others when you store your observations about why certain experience suck and others are great. That's it. And to make this happen you don't need much. You just need one place to collect these observations.

If you haven't made a step in that direction yet, let's do it now together. Open your smartphone, and in your photo app create a new album called "Library of principles". Done! Now open the website FutureMe.org and use this message as a template for a promise you'll make to yourself and that you'll ask the website to remind you about in a week:

Dear FutureMe,

I promised myself I'll add at least five photos to my album "Library of principles" on my phone. I've made this promise to myself because I know this helps me to observe better how the services around me are built, and it will help me, in turn better serve other people.

I hope you were able to do so. If yes, now is a good time to review these photos and maybe share them with the world with a few words about why these are inspiring.

Have a lovely day,
Greetings from the past,
Your past and beautiful self.

Thank you note

We've spent a good amount of time together in this course! Thank you so much for that. It's always a big motivation boost for me when I see that the resources I build are useful to someone around the world that I don't know and have never met. Thanks for being my motivation boost of the day.

Have a lovely rest of the day and greetings from Switzerland,
Daniele 🧔🏻‍♂️
