A Service Design Principle to have clear guidance in your sustainability journey
Use certifications like the B-Impact Assessement to think more broadly about sustainability, learn from others and see how you make progress.
Can you ask around in your field, in your industry? What are the certifications that exist already today that give an overview of your whole organization?
And from all of these certifications that you find out, including B Corp, which one fits better your goals and your wish to make your service nicer for humans and the planet that hosts it?
Thanks to Igor Jimenez who inspired this Service Design Principles.
This is the first shitty draft of this principle
This principle might one day make it in the fifth book in the "Service Design Principles" series that explores how to better serve humans and the planet.
If you're curious about service design principles, you can get the four previous books in the series, with proofread principles and less grammatical creativity.
