If you are here for learning the perfect and academic way of running interviews then you are at the wrong place. I created this guide so that people who don't usually use interviews are able to use this method easily without all the academic baggage. It's great for small business owners who want to learn quickly and simply more about their customers. But it's not adapted for big studies which need to be academically perfect.
