To me, interviews are conversations used to uncover behaviors, problems and frustrations that people have with a product or a service.

Interviews are a great tool that is used by nearly every innovator, qualitative researcher or designer. It's one of the most fundamental tools that help researchers build empathy with the people they want to serve.
