▶️ What's a better term than Service Designer?

This clip is part of a one-hour-long webinar about the Future of In-House Service Design with Marc Fonteijn. You can watch the full webinar here.

Summary

For in-house Service Design work done in large organizations the term service designer can create a wrong sense of expectation where one person can do it all. Marc proposes to use the term "Service Design professional" instead.

My two cents

In small organizations where a service designer is in fact working solo, and is not just focused on Service Design but also on delivering parts of the service, I suggest to use the term "Servicematician".
