What's the definition of a Service Blueprint?

For people who are from the design or innovation field I often describe a Service Blueprint like this:

A Service Blueprint is a customer journey map that also shows the backstage of what is invisible to the user but needed to make the service happen. It's a journey map with a backstage in short.
