Service design is a sequencing, interdisciplinary approach to problem-solving that makes use of evidencing as well as collaboratory and co-creative methodologies to generate, produce and capture value through design ethics and practices fostering a holistic understanding of the products and services we cater to other human beings. Service design is a rich body of knowledge that has been contributed to by many scientific disciplines and human-centred design.
