This guide teaches you to build good enough service blueprints quickly. 

If you are here to learn the perfect and academic way of building service blueprints, then you are in the wrong place. I created this guide so that people who don't usually use service blueprints can create one easily without all the academic baggage. It's great for small business owners who want to quickly summarize how their business works or for young service design who wish to share an idea of a service. But it's not adapted for big and complex services or if you want a bulletproof service blueprint. 

So this course doesn't teach you how to build a perfect service blueprint, but a good enough one.
