As the service blueprint is a tool, it makes sense that we start this course by meeting a template that you can use as a basis.

What we'll do in this part of the course

In this first part of  the course you'll learn:

1. How to get the app that the template is built on

2. How to duplicate the template

3. What are the building blocks of this minimal service blueprint

4. When and how you can use the service blueprint

5. And a few tech tips for using the template

In this part of the course, I'll basically throw you in the water so that you feel how it is to be in the water. In the second part, I'll cover how to swim in a lovely way, or less poetically: five principles to create a good enough service blueprint.
