My two cents

In the projects I run I like to have the following mix:

  • People who will live with the decison

  • Decision makers

  • Experts that can inspire: external, internal, topic related, finance, etc.

The order here fits also the amount of time is spent with each group. And I often start from the bottom of the list to create the framing for the work.
