I often compare Design Sprints to a cooking recipe, too.
Which means:
sometimes, the normal recipe is exactly what you need, and it saves you a ton of time thinking and prepping
sometimes, you just need to spice things a little bit up
sometimes, you don't want to eat cookies again but want to create another meal from scratch.
So when I see that there are two very strong opposing clans that say:
Design Sprints are bullshit
Design Sprints are the solution to everything
The Swiss guy (you know we like our neutrality) in me likes to play in the middle.
