Howdy Eric! Could you explain what the fuck is Service Design?

Service design is inherently good.

In its purest form, it involves creating moments in which people gain value from other people and systems through interaction; the true benefit lies in the act of sequencing the cadence, context and emotional experiences of these moments.

Systems don’t exist in timeless vacuums, and neither does the kind of experiential work service design entails.
