Hey Alexandru, what the fuck is Service Design?

If we take it literally, service design involves solving the problems of a service, making it better and more accessible, helping it achieve its purpose of offering some sort of satisfaction to its users by solving their problems.

If we take the philosophical road, service design is a cultural revolution. It brings liberal ideas into a world that has been subjugated by business interests, placing the human at the centre of design

Either way, service design is a holistic way of looking at a service, obtaining feedback from its users and operators, understanding its constraints and inherent issues and proposing solutions to be validated and finally implemented for the creation of a better experience.
