Wizard of Oz or Concierge service prototypes

Wizard of Oz or Concierge service prototypes

What it is

A Wizard of Oz prototype is a fake product or service that looks real to people, but that works because behind the scenes, someone makes all the things that seem automated happen by hand.

It's like launching your service without many processes and tools and building it out as people interact with it.

This is something that I often use by launching a new idea in real life, instead of testing it for months.
