Interviews

Interviews

What it is

Interviews are one-to-one conversations that you have with people to understand their situation, needs, wishes and problems.

You can not only use interviews to gather information but also to test an idea or ask people to come up with new ideas.

In my opinion, interviews is the most natural design method there is as it's pretty much a simple conversation like the ones you have already everyday.
