Solo brainstorming in group with prompts

Solo brainstorming in group with prompts

What it is

Research tends to show that people have more interesting ideas when you first let them come up with ideas alone and only after make them work together as a group.

That's why I often use the first rounds of solo brainstorming moments.

During these moments, each 2-3 minutes, I give a little prompt or advice to help people. It can be stuff like: "Imagine, what if it was McDonald's doing this?" or "What if money wasn't an issue?"
