IBM Entreprise Design Thinking Methods Library

IBM Entreprise Design Thinking Methods Library

Three things I like about this methods library

  1. Focus on Enterprise: this toolkit is made by IBM for big organisations, and when you work in big organisations, people need to be reassured that what you're using with them is "legit" or has been used "by other big organisations before. Having the IBM seal of approval is pretty useful for that

  2. Sorting by goal: you can quickly sort the methods by the project phase you are in (synthesise research, plan your work, generate new ideas, etc.)

  3. Visual step-by-step: each method comes with a visual step-by-step guide that feels like a good old PowerPoint presentation done by a smart teacher. Also the fact that they use real pictures instead of illustrations in their examples makes it much easier to understand how you can really use the method in real-life.
