Why is this book interesting to you?

What I really liked about this book is that it reminds us in a fresh, natural and friendly way that service design is everywhere, and that we can improve services even with small actions and tiny changes in the services we design and deliver.

For who isn't this book for or what parts sucked?

If you are looking for an introduction to Service Design, tools, techniques or how to run a workshop, then this book is definitely not for you!!!

However, if that's your case, I'd recommend you rather star with "This is Service Design Doing", a great book to initiate in this wonderful discipline.

What other books would you recommend as companion to this one?

If you liked this book, I think you'll also like Good Services by Lou Downe. You'll also find principles to design services users can find and use everyday...
