Sanmitra Chitte

Sanmitra Chitte

Why is this book interesting to you?

This book helped me understand the concept in an extremely simplified manner I would love to recommend the book for exactly that reason. I Danielle's writing is indeed lucid and understandable.

For who isn't this book for or what parts sucked?

The font used throughout the book is distracting. It could have been simpler.

For the next book in series, I would love to see assignments / activities which could be a conversion from the Whatif questions. That would help the new learners to understand even more. I think everyone can read this book, it is not complicated to understand at all & serves its purpose very well.

What other books would you recommend as companions to this one?

One should read this is Service Design thinking. Though I think this book is way more easier to understand.
