How I used Notion AI to write a summary of a webinar

In this article I want to share with you a little behind the scenes of how I use Notion AI to assist me in creating a summary of a co-creative webinar about AI and Service Design.

The material I got from the webinar

At the end of the webinar I got a lot of sticky notes from the three different groups that participated to the workshop, and a transcript from the chat where there was a mix of lovely messages, ideas for improvement and contact informations.

Prompts I used to help me create a summary

I used Notion AI by writing little prompts on the data I got from Miro and the Whereby chat. For example I used it to:
  • Sort all messages from the chat into contact details, tasks and improvement ideas.
  • Turn all sticky notes into bullet points and group the different use cases into categories
  • Write a first draft of an introduction

Obviously these first drafts had to be improved so that the categorization made more sense and that the sentences were less vague and more useful.

Below you can see a few screenshots of the Notion AI in use.
