As Jim says in this quote, it's important to prioritize ideas before jumping into the building mode. And that's exactly what we will see in this chapter. In this chapter you'll learn different ways to sort ideas, vote on them and evaluate them in order to pick the best ones for the next stages of your innovation or design process. Which will obviously be to test them. 

But let's not get carried away and let's focus on how we can prioritize ideas.
