The structure of the story

A storyboard that feels like a startup pitch video
I've stolen a thing that many startups do well: the structure of their pitch video. You know these videos that start with "Meet John...". This structure makes it possible to prototype a service with a storyboard and then test it out with users really simply.

Set the scene

Explain who your user is, what problems he is faced with and how he discovers your service.

Show the key moments of the service

Highlight three essential moments where your service relieves the customer pain points.

Finish with emotions

Show how the service fixed the initial pain point and how it allows the user to live more fully.
