Service designers focus on a human-centered approach


In this chapter, you’ll discover that service designers possess a particular view of the people they are trying to help. This chapter is composed of three sections that will depict the three mindsets that service designers have when it comes to their customers. Service Designers believe that
  1. everyone is a user, even the employees 👔;
  2. they are not the experts but the users, employees, and partners are, and 👨‍⚕️;
  3. quality is all about perception 👓.
