Dear Daniele :)
I had an amazing experience in this course yesterday—learning, sharing insights, and connecting with people who are just as passionate about service design!
It’s inspiring to be part of such a collaborative community. Huge thanks to you for making this course possible and bringing us all together! Looking forward to putting these new skills into practice and staying connected with everyone.
Your ability to connect people, teach, and create such impactful content is truly inspiring!
Thank you for everything, and wishing you all the best in your journey ahead!
Warm regards

I've designed this for a few friends who were curious about Service Design, and I thought:
"If I'm already doing for 3 people on-site, why not open a zoom while we do it so that others can join?"
This crash course will really feel like a crash course. You'll go over a ton of different things in just one morning.
We'll cover the following aspects:
What is Service Design?
What’s the mindset of the Service Designer?
What's the unique tool of Service Design (Service Blueprint) and how to use it in your practice?
How to tell the story for new service ideas?
How to bring Service Design in your everyday life?
We'll follow a "Learning by teaching, sharing, doing and reflecting" approach. We'll have 5 cycles where:
Teaching: You will teach back something that you learned from reading material.
Sharing: You'll share your own tips to the rest of the group.
Doing: You'll try the tips and what was taught in an exercice.
Reflecting: You'll reflect back on what you learn from doing the exercice.
Because I'm doing this for friends in a pretty low-key format. But more important than that I want people to be excited about Service Design and who knows maybe you'll join a more intense program later?
