Next Service Design Webinar

This Thursday is International Service Design Day! To celebrate, I'm organising with friends from Lucerne University a webinar called “Creating better experiences in the Workspace”. It's this Thursday, 1st June, at 17:00 (Swiss Time), and you can join for free via Zoom or onsite.

I'm slowly building a library of answers to the most common questions about Service Design. Here are the new ones:

Ask Service Design AI

I've been experimenting with AI recently, both for content creation and to make content on Service Design more accessible.
 
I just created a new prototype called "Ask AI". This prototype can help anyone get answers to their service design-related questions.

Please remember that it's still a prototype and doesn't have all the data I'd like it to have.
