Quickstart guide


The quick start guide is a free mini course with six of my favourite Service Design Principles and a cheatsheet of 200 Service Design Principles. The cheatsheet is a 9-page PDF file with all the titles of my Service Design Principles.

  2. Definition: Reverse Innovation: “Reverse innovation refers to innovations that are first seen and used in emerging markets and only after that introduced to the developed markets. ” — Viima

  3. Fun fact: It seems that there is no word for creativity in Tibetan. The closest translation is natural..
