Announcing the pre-release international book tour

I'm excited to announce the names of the first 9 guests joining me in my international pre-release book tour.

But before I share the names with you, you might say:

What's this international book door thing? And what's your book all about?

The format of the book tour

Basically, I'm sharing in advance chapters of my book "Service Design Principles 301 to 400" with other services and nerds and experts from all around the world.

Each person we see is one chapter, and then we'll discuss it in more detail.

We'll explore:

  • What is something that resonated with them? And to which they have maybe additional insights and story to make it even more interesting.

  • We'll also explore the bad stuff. What is it in that chapter that they don't agree with? Where they have another opinion, which could be very interesting and make the book even better.

  • Because these are super nerds and experts, they have more to share.

    That's why I ask them to share resources to go further with the topic of that specific chapter.

So that's the discussion we will have.

And this will all be recorded in video and will be shared with the community.
