One question I have for you about my next Service Design course.
Greetings from Switzerland,
Daniele 🧔🏻♂️

My not-so-secret next course
I have this not-so-secret project I’m working on. It’s a remote 5-week service design course that focuses on getting shit done.
As you may already know, the world of service design is rapidly growing, and professionals with the right skills and knowledge are increasingly in high demand. Unfortunately, many of us feel stuck and unsure of how to use service design.
The course is based on content I've created over the last 10 years and that has been used or recommended by individuals working at Google, IKEA, Visa, Airbnb, WordPress and many more organisations.
Before I share more about this course in the next weeks, I have a question for you:
What dream result would you like to get at the end of the five weeks? Or what problem are you trying to fix with it?
Yes, I'm a curious little animal :P
I'm excited to hear from you and will share more about this course in the next weeks.
