The impact of Service Design coaching
During the last few months, I spoke a lot about the 5-week Service Design course that started in May. So I figured I could share how it's going as it has now started 🙂
The first few coaching sessions happened. These are some of my favourite moments, as in these one-to-one sessions, we really get into the highly personalised teaching moment! Here are some of the results that really excite me:

People evaluated the impact of these sessions like this:
"I feel more confident and have more clarity about what I want to do next year"
"I'm more at peace and more focused for the next step in my career"
"I now trust that I can get a Service Design job, and I have a good plan to do so!"
It feels pretty good to be able to support people in reaching these lovely changes!
That's also why in the last few weeks, I've started to publish a few answers about Service Design and coaching to motivate others to help by coaching the people they serve or work with.
