Over the years, I’ve created a library of questions about Service Design stuff that I answer. This week, I reached a pretty cool milestone. I answered 400 questions!

Slowly but surely, answering all these questions helps me to create a sort of second brain for all things Service Design-related. 

Let’s celebrate together. 

I’ll host a tiny event where I can celebrate this moment with the wider community. So that more people can discover the library and maybe can propose new questions to be answered. 

Here’s the party plan:

• Celebrate the milestone by resurfacing some of my favorite Q&A.

• Ask: Giving you the chance to ask your Service Design questions.

• Learn how and why you could build your own Q&A library.

• Participate by brainstorming questions that haven’t been answered yet to improve the library of Service Design questions

I’m excited to spend that time with you.

Will I continue?

After writing 400 of these Q&A, I’m still super motivated to continue! 

In fact, every week through that practice, I notice what I’ve learned. Instead of only asking the community for questions, I’m now also looking back at my practice and thinking:

What did I do this week? What’s the question behind that practice?

For example, I might have done a website for a workshop report instead of a presentation. And this triggers me to answer questions like:

• Why do I make websites for some workshop reports?

• What do I include in a workshop report website?

• Etc. 

Do writing those Q&A is a reflection practice that I’ll continue as I feel it benefits both the community and myself. 

And it’s even something that I’d love to teach and motivate more people to do for themselves.
