What is this course about?

Learn how to turn meetings that feel like hell into productive moments.

Stop struggling to end up meetings on time, keep people focused on the important stuff, make teams take decisions quickly.

Imagine this!

What if after your next meeting people said: Wow! I want to do it again!?

That's possible! Meetings don't have to be boring, difficult or frustrating. There are simple and practical tips that you can implement today to experience productive meetings. And that's what I'll teach you in this course.

For who?

Why should you follow this course? Because it's easy to create great meetings.

If you've always wanted to…

  • get your team synchronized without those frustrating blah, blah meetings,

  • take important decisions in a meeting quickly,

  • finish meetings on time and with participants that have a smile on their face,

…then this course is for you!

In this bite sized course, I've included my best tips and tricks about how to run and prepare productive meetings, including:

  • A meeting trick inspired by how kids are able to play games for hours with strangers.

  • A little math magic to finish meetings exactly on time and sometimes even earlier.

  • A proven system to take decisions in a meeting in a much faster way.

Where do these meetings tips and tricks come from? From hundreds of meetings and workshop I've run.

I’ve gathered the tips and tricks that I teach in this course from my personal experience with hundreds of meetings and workshops I've ran. I also got inspired from people much smarter than me like psychologists and other meeting facilitators.
