I created this course for people who wanted to understand what Service Design is and discover not only the tools but the people, history, companies, and communities that make Service Design such an influential innovation discipline.

This course is for the absolute beginner. I have tried to not use technical jargon much or have always tried to explain the fancy terms.

Another reason for creating this course is to force myself to condense the main information about service design in highly accessible language. I dare say, this is a selfish exercise that helped me to really comprehend the importance of my passion; it also gave the opportunity to review my classics.
