Hi there,
I'm writing this next course called "What's the Service Design Process" in public.
This means I share my rough notes here so that you can already benefit of the learnings even before the course is finished.

Expect broken stuff

So if you open a page and nothing is in it, that's perfectly normal. It just means I haven't worked on that page yet but plan to do so in the future. On other pages you might just see a few notes, or a few links. And finally on other pages first drafts with dozens of mistakes give you a feeling of where this course will go at the end of the process.

Good for the curious ones

I believe that if you are a curious mind, even unfinished notes might be helpful as they'll be enough to start your own research and thinking. Also, community members asked me to share these notes even if they are unfinished. So that's what I do here.
