Why is this book interesting to you?

This book is a beautiful collection of relatable anecdotes of life. Daniele's narrative style of exploring "moments" is a fresh, journalistic and whimsical approach to providing insights into parts that make up the complex service ecosystem.

This post-mortem view of experiences can help begin conversations with your clients, team, friends, and family and encourages you to adopt a keen sight of everyday interactions.

For who isn't this book for or what parts sucked?

If you are new to service design and are looking to understand concepts or methods, this book is not for you. While you will find good examples to begin observing real-life analytically and have conversations around them, you may not be able to explain the reason behind them or provide solutions.

What other books would you recommend as companion to this one?

I'd recommend Good Services by Lou Downe as a good bridge between this book and the theoretical textbooks.
