Why is this book interesting to you?

Service Design Principles 101-200 by Daniele is a short read filled with nuggets of inspiration to get you thinking and reflecting about the services and experiences we deliver. Daniele has managed to deliver a  wide range of ideas and perspectives around service design in a digestible and engaging way that will appeal to people with all levels of experience in service design. It's a great source of reflection prompts that I can see myself going back to time and time again!

For who isn't this book for or what parts sucked?

For the next book in the series, I'd love to see more underlying research or psychology principles behind some of the ideas presented in the book to really understand the "why" and prevalence of some of the ideas shared.

Note: If you are completely new to service design and are looking to deep-dive into what service design is about, the history behind it, and its' methodologies and approaches, this book is probably not made for that purpose but would be a good supplement as it gives many concrete examples to how a service can be improved.

What other books would you recommend as companion to this one?

If you would like to read in more detail about the thinking and frameworks behind Service Design, I recommend giving this boo a try: "This is Service Design Doing: Applying Service Design Thinking in the Real World".
